1. 本科以上学历；
2. 有市场营销、广告策划、企业管理等相关经验；
3. 具备相关Social经验，有一定文案撰写能力；
4. 客户服务、项目管理及活动策划能力，善于把握客户与执行控制的平衡；
4. 沟通能力、组织能力、团队协作能力；
5. Senior account Executive需2年以上工作经验。
