你的目标必须是成为优秀的DIGITAL MARKETER；

你的英语必须是无障碍，因为你的客户来自世界各地；

遇到问题必须主动去解决，而不是等着其他人把SOLUTION送到你面前。

岗位职责：

1.     能够根据客户需求，结合品牌市场综合情况进行分析制定可执行计划，可以提供市场及行业数据趋势和建议；

2.     跟踪各种数据，监管项目的执行情况、流程进度和成本控制；

3.     高效率、高质量的执行力，会主动思考如何有效把控项目KPI和DEADLINE，主动领导项目而不是被动执行；

4.     与客户维持良好关系，准确把握并挖掘客户需求，合理传达Brief给协作部门，应对各种团队协作问题；

5.     能给客户制定长期合作策略，把控毛利，确保应收账款的按期回收；

6.     有一定的创意和审美能力；

岗位要求：

1.      大学专科以上学历，市场营销、广告专业优先考虑；

2.      至少2年以上为客户提供市场营销咨询服务或参与过项目运营全流程工作经验，甲方出身优先考虑；

3.      英语作为工作语言，需要熟练或者精通，简历投递必须要有英文版本；

4.      拥有一定提案能力；

5.      具备一定项目管理经验，进行项目流程和成本的管控；

6.      具备良好的沟通能力、协作能力、时间观念和极强的责任感；

7.      聪明、认真且积极向上，有较强的自学能力。
