Angelini Design is a communication and graphic design agency which offers strategic and creative consulting services in corporate and brand identity projects, institutional editing and packaging design, point of sale and event set-up, web and multimedia projects.

Tasks

Angelini Design is looking for an Art Director profile with a good experience for its office in Shanghai.

Clients projects

Branding – brand identities – advertising campaigns – editorial – packaging – digital – events

_ Work on creative concepts & creative ideas

_ Work on layouts and graphic design(templates, graphisms, typography, illustration, etc.) for all the scope of work mentioned above

·  Work also on the layout of the concepts developed from the European team

·  Work on the Chinese typography too

_ Follow and supervision of the execution of the files for the printing house 

_ Development of projects from the brief to the end

·  Direction of the projects, which might mean direction and supervision of the creative team related and the supervision of their work; junction of the different input to get to the final proposals

·  Responsibilty on the final presentations

Direction of the creative team

_ Direction and development of the Shanghai creative team

- evalutation of the Shanghai team aperiodic quality checks

- development and leading of the team;

- training of the team;

- research of new designer to enlarge the team accordingly to the needs;

Angelini Design presentation

_ Working on AD communication channels to track record of our projects

• website – corporate presentation – socials – etc.

• research of new ways and languages on how to tell the stories of our projects

Network

_ Creation of a network of creative partners and professional suppliers:

·  graphic designers & creatives, photographers, copywriters, printers and suppliers related to the creative projects;

Adaptation to the work flow

_ Work well with strict deadline and in close partnership with our European design team

_ Work closely with the accounting team (both for creative presentations and agency presentations).

Personal Requirements

- You have an open-minded and positive attitude to new ideas, culture.

- You have a minimum of 10 years graphic design experience.

- You have rich imagination, artistically, enough understanding for design requirement as well as good sense of arts and individual portfolios;

- You have an expert knowledge in the graphic design softwares, i.e. Photoshop, illustrator, Indesign etc.

- You are a team worker; diligent, proactive, able to complete assignments with tight deadlines.

Good english and Chinese are required.
