The Effie Awards were launched in 1968 by the New York American Marketing Association as an awards program to honor the most effective advertising efforts. The Effie Awards are the first marketing award to honor effectiveness and also to honor the teamwork between client and agency that creates effective campaigns.

【职位描述Role & Responsibility】

协助艾菲奖赛事经理完成赛事运营的相关工作：

1.    管理运营与赛事相关的软件系统，包括报赛系统、评审系统、会务系统、CRM系统，保证赛事各个节点的需求，并对官网与赛事相关的内容进行必要的运维更新；

2.    招赛期前：完成报赛资料的翻译、编写、校对等工作；协助完成案例分配等工作；

3.    招赛期间：帮助指导参赛公司完成赛事咨询、案例投报、筛查、修改、答疑等工作；

4.    艾菲赛事助手微信号，艾菲报赛微信群的管理；

5.    参与全年所有线下活动，包括但不限于：专家委员会会议，招赛巡讲以及报赛培训会，线上线下初审会，监审评审会，终审会，全场大奖评审会，论坛、颁奖盛典等。并在活动当中完成相关工作；

6.    艾菲实效排名计算等的相关工作；

7.    国内与国际营销行业奖项调研工作，关注和了解竞品奖项动态，收集和整理相关资料进行团队内部分享；收集、调研和分析广告客户公司和广告代理公司数据资料；

As the Competition Specialist:

Assist the competition manager to finish relevant work of Effie competition operation:

1. Manage and operate online systems relevant to competition and ensure competition demand, including Call for Entry system, Judging system, Meeting system and CRM system. Provide updated competition contents for official website；

2. Before CFE: complete the translation, compilation and update of the Entry kit; Assist in case assignment;

3. Guide the entrants to complete the work of case submission, screening, modification and Q&A, etc.;

4. WeChat ID, competition assistant of Effie, management of WeChat group of Effie competition

5. Participate in all offline activities throughout the year and complete the related work in the activity;

6. Calculation of Effie's effectiveness ranking and related work.

7. Research on awards in domestic and international marketing industry, pay attention to and understand the award trends of competitive products, collect and sort out relevant materials for internal sharing within the team;

【职位需求Requirements】

1.    1年以上市场营销或广告公关相关行业经验（有营销行业奖项赛事运营相关经验优先）

2.    英语能作为工作语言（有海外留学背景或工作经验优先）

3.    有系统运营和数据分析工作经验优先

4.    具备优秀PPT制作与排版能力，Excel表格制作数据分析能力

5.    能够接受阶段性出差

1. More than 1 years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising/public relations industry (experience in marketing industry awards is preferred)

2. English as a working language (overseas study background or work experience is preferred)

3. Experience in system operation and data research

4. Good at PPT making and typesetting, and data analysis in Excel

5. Need to accept periodic business trips
